📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with international standards
• Develop and execute quality improvement strategies
• Train and mentor staff on quality and compliance procedures
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and compliance issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and readily accessible

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality management standards
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management and compliance
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools (e.g., MS Excel, SAP, or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving quality and compliance objectives
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
