📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify customer invoices and payments using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Track accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Resolve discrepancies and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
