📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in home care and nursing home settings.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Participate in team meetings and staff development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home care setting.
- Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
