📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with international standards
Develop and execute quality improvement strategies
Train and mentor staff on quality and compliance procedures
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and compliance issues
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management
Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and readily accessible

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality management standards
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management and compliance
Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools (e.g., MS Excel, SAP, or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of achieving quality and compliance objectives
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
