📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation process for clients migrating from legacy accounting systems to RealPage's platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Collaborate with account managers, developers, and other specialists to tailor RealPage's software to meet clients' unique needs.
• Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they can effectively use and benefit from RealPage's accounting software.
• Conduct system configuration, data migration, and testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of RealPage's platform.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, working closely with the development team to implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features in RealPage's software, applying this knowledge to support clients and improve processes.
• Prepare and present implementation reports, providing clients with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the RealPage development team, ensuring that client feedback and requirements are communicated effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting software implementation, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in RealPage's accounting software, with experience working with the platform's features and functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and processes, such as SQL, Excel, or other relevant software.
• Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
