📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize asset utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of all vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data using fleet management software to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive vehicle maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation.
• Provide training and support to drivers and other staff on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with fleet management software such as SAP Fleet Management or similar systems.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
