📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 15+ logistics professionals, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Implement and optimize logistics software such as SAP and JDA to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Represent Zeelandia at industry events and conferences to build professional networks and industry relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading logistics teams and optimizing supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and technologies, including SAP and JDA.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
