📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement cybersecurity measures and controls.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans to minimize the impact of cybersecurity incidents.
• Monitor and analyze cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities using tools like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Splunk.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies to proactively protect the organization.
• Report on cybersecurity metrics and KPIs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or cybersecurity, preferably in the banking sector.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are highly desirable.
