📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain precision lathe machines to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure machine efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with precision lathe machines, including CNC lathe machines.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
