As a Restaurant Service Crew, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be quick on your feet and adaptable to changing circumstances.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
• Assist the kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth flow of orders and deliveries.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Valid food handling certificate (preferred but not mandatory).
