• Taking and processing orders from guests
• Serving drinks and food to guests
• Ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assisting bartenders with drink preparation and service
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Following health and safety regulations
• Promoting our hotel's products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar software
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and cocktail preparation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
