In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that our restaurant receives the necessary ingredients and supplies in a timely and efficient manner. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that ingredients are available when needed.,Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software.,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards is a plus.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
