📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs,Conduct market research to ensure our programs remain competitive,Manage the compensation process, including salary reviews and adjustments,Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation payments,Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits,Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters,Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Collaborate with senior management to align compensation strategies with business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with HR information systems and payroll software is a plus
