📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure optimal levels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and returns.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and best practices.
