📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Lead employee development initiatives, including training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leaders, HR partners, and employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
  • Measure and report on talent management metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive organizational change and growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing talent strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
