📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution team, including scheduling, routing, and tracking.,Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance and reduce costs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the distribution team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.,Proven track record of successfully managing distribution operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.
