We are looking for a professional who can lead and manage our restaurant operations with excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
