Silver Code Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance and sales targets, providing regular reports to management.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Experience with e-commerce platforms and remote store management is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
