Gold Space Dinamis is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
