📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses,Assess employee training needs and design personalized development plans,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
