📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and set achievable targets for the team.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety and regulatory requirements are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of automotive services and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
