Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment processes.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Represent the company at career fairs, job events, and other recruitment activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to identify and attract top talent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS, CRM, and social media platforms.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
