📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage laboratory operations to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and tests to ensure our products meet the required standards.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product development and production.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
