📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information, reservations, and front desk transactions.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and manage the front desk budget, including expenses and revenue.,Train and supervise junior front desk staff, ensuring they meet the required standards of service and efficiency.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to hospitality and tourism.
