📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accuracy of transactions.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor cash drawer balances and report discrepancies.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in managing cashier operations and training staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management.,Familiarity with POS systems and relevant software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
