📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory control, ordering, and stock management.,Support the kitchen and dining staff by ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the management team to implement and improve operational processes.,Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.,Participate in health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.,Support special events and promotions as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software, especially spreadsheet programs.,Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
