📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Assist in the development and execution of the branch's annual business plan.,Collaborate with other branch managers to share best practices and improve overall performance.,Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
