📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the region.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
