📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil engineering projects for the restaurant, including site layout, structural design, and infrastructure development.,Oversee the construction and maintenance of restaurant facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and timelines are met.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports for civil engineering projects.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.,Manage and mentor junior civil engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Ensure all civil engineering work is carried out in accordance with local regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and project management.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant civil engineering software.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the region.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and equipment is a plus.,Ability to travel to project sites and work in various weather conditions.
