As HR Section Chief, you'll be the driving force behind our HR initiatives, working closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals. You'll manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with management to ensure HR initiatives support business goals
• Oversee compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
• Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback
• Facilitate workplace safety and health initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and Japanese labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with Japanese language skills a plus
