📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Handle employee benefits and ensure they are administered correctly.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR activities align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
