With a team of over 150 employees, we are looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our growing organization and help us achieve our vision of becoming the premier dining and entertainment destination in Bali.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. You will use industry-standard tools such as BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership and a strong background in labor laws and regulations, you will bring a strategic mindset to our team and help us build a high-performing and culturally rich organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.
• Address employee relations issues and conflicts, working closely with management to resolve disputes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
