Newton Education Center is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant with proficiency in Mandarin to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mandarin, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials.,Assist in the organization and execution of company events, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.,Handle correspondence and communications in Mandarin, both internally and externally, ensuring clear and professional communication.,Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.,Support the executive team in preparing for meetings and presentations, including compiling data and creating reports.,Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for executive team members.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to administration, business, or education.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
