📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and quality.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the mining or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Proven track record of achieving operational targets and improving efficiency.,Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
