PT Cakrawala Lestari is seeking a dedicated Deputy Finance Admin to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for financial administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents and reports.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the finance team in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and ensure timely payments.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other finance team members.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good understanding of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
