📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management consulting.
• Professional certification such as PMP, CPM, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, including Procore, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Project.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
