📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in home care and nursing home settings.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Administer medications as prescribed by doctors, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in team meetings and staff development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home care setting.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
