Makmur Jaya Bakso is looking for a passionate Barista/Cashier to join our team. We are a popular bakso (Indonesian meatball) restaurant in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat, and we are seeking someone who is not only skilled in coffee making but also has excellent customer service abilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee machines and equipment.,Process customer orders and payments accurately.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently during peak hours and weekends.,Promote our products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
