📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and server equipment.,Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal operation and availability.,Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth system operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
