📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the acquisition of retail sites across Jakarta Raya.,Develop and implement acquisition strategies to meet expansion targets.,Negotiate lease agreements and site terms with landlords and property owners.,Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure suitability for retail operations.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth site transitions.,Monitor market trends and identify new acquisition opportunities.,Report on acquisition progress and performance metrics to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail acquisition or property management.,Proven track record in negotiating and closing retail site leases.,Strong knowledge of Jakarta Raya's retail market and local regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
