Shine Bit Indonesia is looking for a Lead Personalia Staff to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees grow and develop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality HR services.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
