📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and well-organized store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
